HISTORY

Founded in 2012, EOS Recruitment was formed as a regional firm with expertise specializing in headhunting services and staffing solutions. Our aim is to help find the perfect candidate and specialist to fit a company’s needs and requirements in the GCC and Middle East. At that time the region was at the early stages of the next growth phase, jobs were going to be created and talent was needed. It was important to find high calibre candidates, whilst also understanding the culture of each company and the unique culture of the region.

In 2016, EOS was rebranded to form Dawaam (meaning “work” in Arabic). The name highlights focus and dedication to find the best quality candidates to work with our clients. Regionally grown we aim to be the company to trust when it comes to recruitment.

With the ever-evolving growth phase of employment in the GCC and wider Middle East we pride ourselves in building a long-lasting relationship with our clients. We also build solid, new relationships with each candidate, enabling us to understand each person’s skill set and professional goals, whilst assisting them in finding a long term career.
