Emiratization
Emiratization is an initiative by the government of the United Arab Emirates to employ its citizens in a meaningful and efficient manner in the public and private sectors. Dawaam is trying to support this initiative by connecting prospective employers to Emirati employees.
What do we do
We establish relationships with our clients’ to get a thorough understanding of their needs and their requirements or their Emiratization goals and targets. Once we understand this we work alongside the client for the long term in helping them to achieve their goals and targets.
How do we do it
Within Dawaam we have a specialized team of recruiters that only work with sourcing Emiratis.
The team only consists of employees of GCC citizenship that have spent the majority of their life in the UAE.
They have built a large network of Emirati employees in all roles, levels functions and industries.They also have very strong connections with all the schools, colleges, universities and other initiatives to continue to have an ever expanding pool of talented hard working Emiratis.
